When you blend Protona, two things happen simultaneously: body heat softens the microsphere shell, and your skin's natural pH triggers pigment release at precisely the density your undertone requires.
The 60-second calibration window
The adaptive process takes approximately 60 seconds from when you start blending. During this window, the microspheres are actively reading and responding to your skin. After 60 seconds, the pigment is fixed — it won't oxidize, shift, or migrate. No orange effect later in the day.
