Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking email within 2–3 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Customers with Shipping Protection receive a full replacement automatically.
All other cases reviewed within 24 hours.
