Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we ask that you contact us at support@protonalabs.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve your concern. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and will issue refunds where applicable under our 30-day guarantee. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders being refused.
